Ready to lead a busy bar in one of Scotland's most beautiful locations? We're recruiting an experienced Live-in Bar Supervisor to join our client's hospitality team in the Highlands. Responsibilities in your new role as Bar Supervisor:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience
- Providing expert knowledge of drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and menus
- Preparing bills and processing payments accurately using the POS system
- Handling guest queries and resolving any issues professionally
- Completing daily cash-ups and recording takings accurately
- Carrying out end-of-day lock-up procedures to secure the bar and premises
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the bar and guest areas
