Responsibilities in your new role as Cleaning Operative:
In your role as a Cleaning Operative, you will be at the forefront of maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing waste in line with on-site processes to achieve recycling targets, utilising various on-site equipment such as cardboard balers and waste compactors. You might also assist in driving and operating company vehicles, including towing trailers, while ensuring cleanliness in back of house areas, service yards, and car parks. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with clients and retailers, helping them safely dispose of items, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour with on-site contractors.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment but is also capable of working independently towards shared goals. Excellent time management skills are essential, alongside a commitment to presenting a smart and professional appearance.
