Are you a passionate and driven chef ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a Senior Chef de Partie with Rosette level experience to join our client's kitchen team in the beautiful Argyll & Bute region. This is an incredible opportunity for a full-time temporary position running from as soon as possible until the 6th of January with live-in accommodation.

Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Chef de Partie:

As a Senior CDP, you will prepare and cook exquisite Rosette level dishes in your designated section while managing and guiding junior kitchen staff. You will be responsible for adhering to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely service. Additionally, you will support the Head Chef in delivering top-notch quality service and diligently follow client instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your personality, experience and qualifications:

You should have prior experience at Rosette level and come from a similar role. We are looking for someone with a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.
