Your responsibilities within your new role as a Sales Advisor:
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for designing and coordinating personalised travel experiences tailored to customer preferences and requirements. From the first enquiry through to departure, you'll guide customers through every stage of the booking process, creating carefully curated itineraries and ensuring every detail is arranged to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Build tailored travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland
- Coordinate accommodation, activities, and transport arrangements
- Develop strong relationships with customers and trusted local partners
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
- Ensure all bookings and travel documentation are accurate and organised
- Support customers before and during travel where required
- Participate in the customer duty rota once fully trained and experienced
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of two years’ experience within sales
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills
- Confidence using multiple computer systems and booking platforms
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
