Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef:
In your pivotal role as Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in running a dynamic kitchen, ensuring that the highest culinary standards are upheld. You will lead by example, training and mentoring junior members of the brigade while managing kitchen operations smoothly in the Head Chef's absence. Your commitment to food safety will ensure that you and your team maintain impeccable hygiene and quality standards throughout.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should bring at least 2 years of experience at the Sous Chef level, coupled with a confident, presentable, and ambitious attitude. Your passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences is crucial, as is your proven ability to lead a kitchen team effectively. A background in restaurants with a Rosette level will be advantageous as you bring your expertise to our esteemed establishment.
