Your responsibilities within your new role as a Travel Consultant:
- Build tailored travel itineraries across the UK and Ireland
- Coordinate accommodation, activities, and transport arrangements
- Develop strong relationships with customers and trusted local partners
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the booking process
- Ensure all bookings and travel documentation are accurate and organised
- Support customers before and during travel where required
- Participate in the customer duty rota once fully trained and experienced
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of two years’ experience within travel sales
- A genuine passion for travel and customer experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written communication and numeracy skills
