Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager:

As our Food and Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our bar and breakfast offerings, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. You will expertly manage and mentor our dedicated team throughout service, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Essential for this role is significant previous bar management experience, as you will be actively involved in working bar shifts and supervising the team to maintain our high standards. Crucially, you must have prior senior-level Food & Beverage experience within the hospitality sector. Ideally, you will have a background in a similar Food and Beverage management role.
