You will work on maintaining high operational standards and ensure that your electrical systems run seamlessly with minimum downtime. Responsibilities in your new role as Engineering Maintenance Manager:
In your role as the Engineering Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of all machinery and systems across sites. You will plan and manage preventative maintenance, respond promptly to breakdowns, oversee repairs and new installations across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration systems, coordinate with external contractors for parts and services, and ensure the site remains safe and fully compliant with health and safety regulations. Working with the Head of Production and site leadership teams you will improve reliability and reduce downtime across the sites.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in environments such as food production or manufacturing, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, plus an 18th edition certification. You also need strong hands-on experience in electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance. If you have the ability to lead a team, delegate effectively, develop staff and set high standards across the team, apply today.
