Your rate of pay and hours of work: These roles are highly flexible to work around your personal life and commitments, as shifts can be dependent on your own availability. You will be paid between £12.21 and £15 per hour and receive your pay on a weekly basis, with holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate.
Responsibilities in your new role:
- Proactively take food and drink orders whilst serving customers in a timely manner.
- Create drinks and cocktails to a high standard combined with being involved in plate waiting, clearing tables for new guests arriving and other front of house duties.
- Greet and service customers in a welcoming and positive manner, ensuring that they receive excellent customer experience.
- Work closely with the other teams within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and successfully.
Your personality, experience and qualifications: As part of the Bar and Waiting team, the ability to create an excellent customer experience is essential. You should also be comfortable with speaking to guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. If you have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well within a team as well as independently this could be the role for you. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a massive bonus, but the right attitude is also what really counts.
