Responsibilities in your new role as an Administrator

As Commercial Department Administrator, you'll provide vital support to a busy team of surveyors and directors. Your duties will include:

  • Arranging property inspections and viewings
  • Responding to property enquiries and liaising with prospective clients
  • Assisting with the preparation of valuation reports
  • Managing surveyor diaries and appointments
  • Preparing property particulars and supporting marketing activities
  • Processing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
  • Editing digital photography and property information
  • Processing fee notes and administrative documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers and supporting wider office operations
  • Providing general administrative support across the department

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous administrative experience, ideally within property, surveying, estate agency or another professional services environment. However, strong administrators from other sectors will also be considered. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working in a busy office environment
