Your rate of pay and hours of work
These roles are highly flexible to work around your personal lifestyle and commitments, therefore shifts can be dependent on your own availability. You will be paid £12.71+ per hour and receive your pay on a weekly basis, with holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate.
Responsibilities in your new role
As a member of the Bar and Waiting staff team, you will proactively take food and drink orders whilst serving customers in a timely manner. You will also create drinks and cocktails to a high standard combined with being involved in plate waiting, clearing tables for new guests arriving and other front‑of‑house duties. You will greet and service customers in a welcoming and positive manner, ensuring that they receive an excellent customer experience. You'll also work closely with the other teams within the venue, including the kitchen and management, to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and successfully.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
As part of the Bar and Waiting staff team, being prepared to deliver an exceptional customer service experience on a consistent basis is essential. You should also be comfortable with speaking to guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. If you have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well within a team as well as independently this could be the role for you.
