We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Technician to join a specialist automotive finishing team in Bicester, working on high‑end vehicle components including carbon fibre, composite panels, and premium steel body parts. This role requires strong automotive prep and finishing experience and a focus on delivering high‑quality, precise surface finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle panels and components to a high standard
- Sanding, filling, and refining surfaces for paint and topcoat
- Work with carbon fibre, composite, and steel body panels
- Ensure all parts meet strict quality control standards
- Use DA sanders, sanding blocks, and hand‑finishing tools
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow workshop procedures and production schedules
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician or automotive prep technician
- Strong experience in vehicle body preparation or paint prep work
- Experience working with carbon fibre or composite materials
