We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator / Factory Operative to join a busy timber manufacturing team in Enstone. As a Production Operator / Factory Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Fabricating and assembling timber roof trusses to specification.
- Operating production machinery and hand tools safely.
- Reading and following production drawings.
- Conducting quality checks on finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assisting with general manufacturing duties as required.
About You:
- Previous manufacturing, factory, construction or woodworking experience (advantageous but not essential).
