HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Coventry £18.20 – 21.31ph | Weekly Pay | Block Bookings | Days & Nights

StaffCo Direct are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Coventry. We're looking for both day and night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

  • Days (Mon–Fri): £18.20ph plus holiday pay, or £20.39ph including holiday pay
  • Nights (Mon–Fri): £21.31ph plus holiday pay, or £23.88ph including holiday pay
  • Daily weekend Bonus for Saturday & Sundays

What the role involves

You'll be completing Nationwide store deliveries cages/pallets, handball is required. Well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, start times between 02:00 – 04:00am with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week. Occasional nights out are required.

Our ideal candidate

  • Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 9 months.
  • Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
  • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes).
