StaffCo Direct is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers (HGV1 / LGV1 / CE) for our reputable logistics client based in Bridgwater. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and professional drivers looking for ongoing, stable work.
Job Description:
- Trunking work – depot to depot, drop & swap (no handball)
- 7-day operation – flexibility required
- PM: 16:00–19:00
- AM: 04:00–08:00
- NIGHTS: 00:30-03:00
- Shift length: 8 to 12 hours
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (LGV CE) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Class 1 driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points (No IN, DR, or DD endorsements)
- Strong knowledge of UK road network
- Excellent communication and reliability
- Smart appearance and a professional, can-do attitude
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
