StaffCo Direct are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for in Bridgwater. We're looking for both day and night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. Ad-Hoc positions also available. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE) – Rates are paid as split shifts
Mon to Fri Rates
06:00 - 18:00 £15.25 plus holiday Pay, or £17.09 including holiday pay
18:00 - 00:00 £16.77 plus holiday pay, or £18.79 including holiday pay
00:00 - 06:00 £18.29 plus holiday pay, or £20.49 including holiday pay
Weekend Rates (PAYE)
06:00 - 18:00 £16.77 plus holiday Pay, or £18.79 including holiday pay
18:00 - 00:00 £18.29 plus holiday pay, or £20.49 including holiday pay

What the role involves
CE trunking and RDC work onto bays using a modern, well-maintained fleet. Shifts are typically 8 –12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.
Our ideal candidate
Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 years
Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
Excellent knowledge of the UK road Network
