HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Northampton
£22.41ph - £25.77ph | Weekly Pay | Block Bookings| Days & Nights
StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Northampton. We're looking for day drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
- Days (Mon–Fri): £20.00 plus holiday pay, or £22.41 including holiday pay
- Nights (Mon-Fri): £21.00 plus holiday pay, or £23.53 including holiday pay
- Saturdays: £22.00 plus holiday pay, or £24.65 including holiday pay
- Sundays: £23.00 plus holiday pay, or £25.77 including holiday pay
Minimum 10 Hours guaranteed on all shifts!
What the role involves
- Am starts 04:00-07:00 – Store delivery work – 1-3 stores.
- Pm starts 16:00-21:00 - Various trunking roles ranging from drop & swap, to curtain side trunking.
Our ideal candidate
- Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license held for at least 2 years'
- Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes)
