StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 2 (C) drivers for ongoing multidrop store delivery work based in Wellingborough. We're looking for professional and motivated drivers for both AM and PM shifts, with immediate starts available. This is a well-organised operation offering consistent weekly bookings, block bookings across the year, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

Monday–Friday AM: £18.20ph plus holiday pay, or £20.40ph including holiday pay
Monday–Friday PM: £20.60ph plus holiday pay, or £23.08ph including holiday pay
Weekend AM: £19.85ph plus holiday pay, or £22.24ph including holiday pay
Weekend PM: £22.45ph plus holiday pay, or £25.15ph including holiday pay

What the role involves

You'll be completing multidrop curb-side deliveries to stores using totes and dollies. This is a physically active role, working to a 5 on / 3 off rota. Shift times typically run across AM and PM starts, ranging from 0430–0800 for AM shifts and 1630–2000 for PM shifts.

All successful candidates will complete a 5-day paid induction/assessment before starting regular bookings.

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid HGV Class 2 (C) UK licence held for at least 2 years
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR, DD or TT convictions)
• Has good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Is physically fit and well-presented
