HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers – Days & Nights – Store Deliveries
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing store delivery work. We are looking for both day and night drivers, with regular block-booked shifts available each week.
Shift Patterns Available
- Days:
- Monday to Thursday
- Sunday to Thursday
Pay Rates
- Days (Mon–Fri): £16.96 per hour + weekly holiday pay
- Nights (Mon –Thurs): £17.79 per hour + weekly holiday pay
- Sunday: £22.61 per hour
Shift Details
- Average shift length: 10 hours
- 8 hours guaranteed per shift
- Weekly block bookings for consistent work
- Store deliveries
Assessment
- Assessment may be a full day
- Paid if passed
- Includes theory and practical elements
Driver Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 2 years of Class 1 experience
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN)
- Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and WTD
- Reliable, professional attitude
