StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing store delivery work based in Livingston. We're looking for Day or Night drivers, with regular weekly block bookings available and consistent work on offer. This is a well-run operation with a modern fleet, friendly transport team, and secure on-site parking.
Pay Rates
- PAYE: Basic £17.00 per hour
- Overtime over 50 hours: £24.28 per hour
- Bank holidays: £24.28 per hour
- Xmas & New year bank holidays: £34.00 per hour
Shift Allowances (Paid on basic hours only):
- Between 6am & 7am: £1.80 per hour
- Between 6pm to 10pm: £2.71 per hour
- Between 10pm to 6am: £3.36 per hour
What the role involves:
- 1-3 store deliveries per shift, frozen goods.
- Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, giving you consistency and reliable earnings week to week.
- Dayshift start time around 04:00 and would be required to work 2 Saturdays a month.
- Nightshift start time around 17:00-20:00 and required Sunday-Thursday or Monday to Friday.
Our ideal candidate:
- Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 2 years.
- Has a valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR or DD codes).
