Staff Co Direct is recruiting HGV Class 2 (C) drivers for ongoing multidrop store delivery work based in Wellingborough.
We're looking for professional and motivated drivers for both AM and PM shifts, with immediate starts available.
This is a well‑organised operation offering consistent weekly bookings, block bookings across the year, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities.

- What the role involves
You'll be completing multidrop curb‑side deliveries to stores using totes and dollies.
This is a physically active role, working to a 5 on / 3 off rota.
Shift times typically run across AM and PM starts, ranging from 0430–0800 for AM shifts and 1630–2000 for PM shifts.
All successful candidates will complete a 5‑day paid induction/assessment before starting regular bookings.
- Holds a valid HGV Class 2 (C) UK licence held for at least 2 years
- Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR, DD or TT convictions)
- Has good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Is physically fit and well‑presented
