The Senior Director, Regional Marketing, Venture Markets is a critical hybrid role that drives regional growth and helps establish Staffbase as the global leader in Employee Experience Platforms and the Employee AI agenda. This role reports to the CMO and is a crucial member of both the Global Marketing Leadership Team and the Venture Markets leadership team. The successful candidate must be a demonstrated marketing leader who is customerâfocused, skilled in team management and coaching, and excels at integrated marketing planning and execution across the full mix of channels and communications. The position requires frequent presence in the London office.
Responsibilities
- Regional Growth & Strategy: Supporting the achievement of Staffbase's regional goals through creative integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support quarterly and annual goals in demand creation, capture, and category ownership.
- Team Leadership & Development: Building, inspiring, and leading the regional marketing team for UKISA and NOBE that operates as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success. Leading the team in operating with a growth and teamâfirst mindset, with clearly defined roles and success strategies.
- Content & Community Development: Overseeing the development and execution of thought leadership and communications programs throughout UKISA and NOBE, with a particular focus on building the Employee Communications community in the region. Developing and executing content strategies focused on Middle and Bottom of Funnel (MoFu/BoFu) to accelerate pipeline and drive conversions.
- Global Collaboration: Ensuring the function scales through successful crossâcollaboration and gains leverage from programs produced in other geographies, and proactively sharing programs and learnings.
- Financial & Performance Management: Managing the local marketing budget, measuring and optimising marketing programs to ensure activities are effective, efficient, and demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience shaping highâimpact marketing leadership/strategy, either through leading a major marketing program or function (internal or external), within a highâgrowth B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated success operating within an enterprise multiâproduct platform model is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in crafting content strategies for the Middle and Bottom of Funnel to drive qualified leads and sales readiness.
- Experience building holistic marketing strategies across marketing disciplines and enterprise selling in EMEA, including ABM, communications, demand creation and capture, firstâparty events, and product marketing.
- Excellent operational and project management skills, including the ability to manage diverse projects and multiple priorities under aggressive timelines and expectations.
- Creative, flexible, handsâon marketer, happy to roll up sleeves and get the job done even in the face of time, budget, and resource constraints.
- Bachelor's degree required.
