What you’ll do:
- Own top-of-funnel social content creation within Venture Markets.
- Elevate executive presence and customer voice through engaging video, live interviews, and written content.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to create narrative-driven campaigns that capture attention, spark engagement, and drive results.
- Embed in the regional marketing department with a focus on the UK & Ireland and Asia-Pacific, while supporting Japan, Northern Europe, France, Spain, Benelux, and the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
- Drive & contribute to regional content creation, ensuring POVs reflect globally and localize global stories for maximum impact.
- Social content: collaborate with internal experts and executives to position Staffbase as a thought leader.
- Write engaging, insight-driven posts for executives, spokespeople, and campaigns.
- Turn expert interviews into strategic content pieces (thought leadership posts, videos, or live event scripts).
- Partner with Strategic Advisory Team to align content with integrated marketing efforts.
- Concept, script, and produce social-first video content for LinkedIn and YouTube; travel to customer locations for filming.
- Attend and cover events and transform on-site content into multi-channel assets.
- Repurpose content into visuals, carousels, or voice-over formats.
- Capture and edit video stories to humanize the brand.
- Support content strategy for events and develop post-event content strategies.
- Co-own content for VOICES Virtual event across planning and follow-up content.
- Localize and scale content for global audiences while tailoring for regional goals.
What you need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or editorial (B2B SaaS or agency experience).
- Strong writing and editing skills across short- and long-form content.
- Experience producing social-first video content (hands-on or with creative teams).
- Comfortable scripting, filming, interviewing, and guiding edits.
- Ability to translate complex topics into engaging content.
- Sharp editorial sense that drives clicks and engagement.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a content platform and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience supporting executive or influencer visibility programs.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Internal Communications and HR audiences (preferred).
