We are looking for an experienced and sales driven Commercial Manager to develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and drive profitable growth. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships and delivering the company's commercial objectives. Develop and deliver the company's commercial and sales strategy. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order. Prepare and negotiate quotations, pricing and commercial terms. Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts. Provide regular commercial performance updates to senior management. Proven experience in commercial management, sales or business development. A strong track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts. Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Good commercial awareness, including pricing, margins and profitability. The ability to work effectively across sales, engineering and manufacturing teams. Competitive salary £70K - £75K Negotiable and benefits package. Performance-related bonus / commission.
