Our client is a leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery and due to their continued expansion, Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Aftersales and Engineering Administrator.
The Role:
The Aftersales and Engineering Administrator will work closely with the sales, service, engineering and spare parts teams and you will effectively organise and control after-sales activities. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Effectively process all after sales enquiries undertaking tasks such as producing quotations, ordering spare parts, chasing suppliers, allocating resources to work.
- Effective management and control of spare parts in line with technical specifications.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns, website and online brochure updates.
- Provide project management support, coordinate installations, resource allocation, logistics.
- Monitor performance and produce accurate KPI reports.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Candidate:
We are looking for an Aftersales and Engineering Administrator with a minimum of 2-3 years experience and ideally with some exposure to the engineering or manufacturing sectors. You will be highly organised with good customer service and communication skills. Applicants will be confident, have a reasonably technical mindset and possess excellent organisational skills. You must be computer literate and ideally have had some exposure to supporting online marketing, e.g. uploading images to websites, supporting the production of web-based/marketing and technical brochures.
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 40 hours
Benefits: Excellent basic salary £33K - £38K, negotiable bonus, pension, 33 days annual leave, sick pay.
