Overview

Our client who is a very successful and prestigious data management and solutions company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit a Bi-lingual Data Administrator to join our dynamic remote team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who speak either fluent Spanish, Turkish or Persian language and are passionate about data accuracy, communication, and international collaboration.

Pay £18 per hour
Work from Home
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday

Our client operates a 12 week temp to perm introduction arrangement so you will be on a weekly payroll for your first 12 weeks moving to monthly salary when permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing telephone calls to clients to verify data
  • Support data accuracy and international collaboration
  • Communicate effectively in English to ensure data integrity
  • Work independently and meet deadlines

Candidate requirements

  • A stable and reliable Wi-Fi or internet connection
  • A smart device (laptop or smartphone)
  • Access to WhatsApp for team communication
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident to make outgoing telephone calls to clients to verify data
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel and cloud based systems

Desirable Skills

  • Candidates should have previous data administration or customer service experience and you will speak English and one of either Spanish, Persian or Turkish languages.
