Our client is a leading fire protection company providing fire detection and suppression equipment and due to their continued expansion, Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Fire Extinguisher and Alarm Engineer.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Fire Extinguisher Engineer (BAFE Certified) preferably with Fire Alarm experience; however, full training will be given on Fire Alarm systems.

  • Basic £34K - £36K + Commission + Bonus OTE £42K - £48K per annum
  • Excellent basic salary + Bonus + Commission OTE £42K - £48K

You will operate as a field service engineer and you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and inspection of fire extinguishers and alarm systems in the Cambridgeshire & Norfolk area.

  • Resting, inspection and repair of fire extinguishers, alarms and emergency lighting.
  • Replacing extinguishers and Fire Safety Ancillary products, emergency signage etc.
  • Upselling and cross selling of Fire Safety Ancillary Products.

You will be an experienced Fire Extinguisher or Alarm engineer with at least three years' experience. This is a superb opportunity for a fire extinguisher engineer to train and upskill to become a fire alarm and emergency lighting engineer as our client will provide full training.

Must have BAFE certification for work on fire extinguishers.

Must hold a UK Driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
