Our client is a leading distributor of LEV equipment to the UK's manufacturing, construction and water treatment industries. Due to continued expansion, Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will assist with installation, service and repair of local exhaust ventilation equipment throughout South East England.
The Role: Reporting to the service manager, the LEV Engineer will be responsible for performing installations, service, repair and testing of local exhaust ventilation systems at customer premises located throughout the South East UK. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Planned and reactive mechanical and electrical repair of LEV equipment
- Assist with installation and commissioning of LEV plant
Candidates: You will be an experienced electrical/mechanical engineer ideally with previous experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment or LEV plant. You will have a recognised electrical and/or mechanical engineering qualification e.g. NVQ3, 18th edition, HNC etc. Applicants with BOHS P600/P601 certification will be beneficial but full training will be given. You will live in South East England and you will have a valid UK driving licence (Max 6 points).
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 40 hours + OT
Benefits: Basic salary Β£45K + OT + Bonus (OTE Β£55K), 33 days annual leave, Company Van, Healthcare, Pension
