We are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners who are looking for flexible working hours. We have both temporary and permanent positions available to join our well‑established and supportive team, working across a range of Early Years settings in and around your local area. At StaffBank Recruitment Ltd, we pride ourselves on building strong, long‑term relationships with our candidates. Our dedicated consultants all come from Early Years backgrounds, giving us genuine insight into the sector and allowing us to match you with the right role.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
  • A good understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • Strong knowledge of child development
  • A genuine passion for working with children aged 0–5
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to use your own initiative
  • A clear understanding of all Nursery duties
