Staffbank Outsourcing Solutions is scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a high-calibre Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth across the UK and EU IT & Technology staffing markets. This is a role for a true hunter — someone who understands how technology hiring works, knows how to open doors, and can convert relationships into a consistent pipeline of permanent and temporary staffing opportunities. If you already operate in the IT staffing space, have trusted client relationships, and want the freedom to build a desk backed by a strong offshore delivery engine, this opportunity is designed for you.
The Role
As the New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Staffbank’s footprint across the UK and EU by securing new client partnerships and generating ongoing hiring demand. You will:
- Drive new business across permanent and temporary IT/technology staffing, including the provision of offshore and near-shore outsourcing.
- Identify, engage, and convert decision-makers across SMEs, scale-ups, and enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of live vacancies.
- Work closely with our offshore recruitment team to deliver fast, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Position Staffbank’s outsourcing-led recruitment model as a cost-effective, scalable solution.
- Own the commercial relationship from first conversation through to long‑term partnership.
This is a revenue-generating, client‑facing role with significant autonomy and influence.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development within IT or technology staffing.
- A strong understanding of the UK/EU tech hiring landscape, including perm and contract markets.
- A proven ability to win new business and sustain client relationships.
- Commercial confidence, resilience, and a consultative sales approach.
- An existing network of active client relationships and the ability to generate a steady flow of new hiring requirements from day one (this is a critical selection factor).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Why Join Staffbank?
Be part of a fast-growing, ambitious outsourcing and staffing business. Leverage a high-performing offshore recruitment team that enables you to focus on winning and growing accounts. Enjoy real autonomy to build your desk, your market, and your reputation. Competitive salary and commission structure tailored to your expectations and results. Clear opportunity to grow with the business as we scale internationally.
