Field Care Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular supervisions, spot checks, and assessments of care staff.

Create and review care plans to ensure client needs are met with dignity and respect.

*

Support the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.

*

Respond promptly to any changes in care needs or concerns raised by staff, clients, or families.

*

Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.

*

Be part of the on-call rota to support the out-of-hours service.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Previous experience in a senior care or supervisory role within domiciliary or home care.

*

Strong understanding of care planning, risk assessment, and safeguarding.

*

Excellent communication and people management skills.

*

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

*

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
