My client is a leading Commercial Cleaning & Facilities Services company providing a range of property services such as landscaping, grounds maintenance, office cleaning and winter gritting to many of Northern Ireland's Top 100 companies. They seek to recruit a full-time permanent Sales Representative to support the Sales Manager to further grow the business and increase the presence of the company across NI and ROI.
You will promote and sell the comprehensive range of tailored services to new clients and further develop relationships with existing accounts to up-sell/cross-sell tailored service solutions which help achieve company goals, KPIs and personal targets. You will carry out the usual range of sales/business development activities to include canvassing, prospecting and qualifying to build a client base and sales pipeline backed up by visits, quotes and proposals.
You will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies, campaigns and action plans so that you achieve your aims/targets. You will enjoy working to targets and deadlines. As a natural communicator, you will be capable/confident to present your solution, influence decision makers and negotiate successfully at all levels.
You will be super organised, with the ability to plan ahead and prioritise workload and tasks. You will enjoy working with autonomy and making your own decisions. You will be IT literate with proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint. You should have experience of managing client accounts and have knowledge or interest in the local business community. Previous experience within the Facilities Management/Grounds Maintenance/Property Maintenance Industry is an advantage.
Client is offering a starting salary of £30,000, plus uncapped commission, expect to earn £35k in year one, rising to £40k+ in year two. Package includes Pension, 30 days holiday including stats, Company Car Allowance of £300 per month and all travel expenses paid including mileage, Company Laptop and Mobile Phone, ongoing training, and on-site parking. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Offices are based in the Castlereagh Area. A full clean driving licence is required.
