Building on 20 years of experience managing property in Belfast, the focus is on ensuring that landlords, tenants, and everyone they do business with are placed at the very heart of everything they do. A growing number of residential landlords are turning to managing agents to help protect their property investments and navigate the ever-changing legislation. - Preparing property for re-let or hand back to client.
- Conducting valuation/listing appointments with prospective new landlord clients.
- Agreeing fees and service level agreements with new clients.
- Preparing and marketing property available to rent.
You will have a good knowledge of IT / Microsoft Office, and it would be beneficial to have experience using property management software, though not essential. Starting basic salary is £30,000 plus monthly bonus/commission. Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, with some flexibility required. Benefits include 20 days holiday + 9 stats, pension, company bonus, use of a pool car, and mileage allowance for work miles in your own car.
