Working alongside the Nightshift Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain industry-leading service levels.
The Role
- Support the Nightshift Warehouse Manager with the daily running of the warehouse.
- Lead, motivate and develop the nightshift warehouse team.
- Ensure all picking, consolidation and loading operations are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor productivity, accuracy and service level KPIs.
- Carry out team briefings, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Assist with recruitment, training and succession planning.
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
