We are currently recruiting for a Production / Warehouse Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Leeds (LS9). This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop skills within extrusion and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
You will support both the production (extrusion & reclaim) and warehouse teams, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production teams with day-to-day extrusion and recycling operations
- Maintain high BRC hygiene standards through cleaning and upkeep of machinery
- Assist with “clean as you go” practices across the factory
- Carry out warehouse duties including:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Internal stock movements
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness (floor scrubber use)
What We’re Looking For
- Understanding of Health & Safety, ISO, BRC, and hygiene standards (preferred)
- PPT / Counterbalance licence (desirable – training can be provided)
- Willingness to learn extrusion processes and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- £12.71 per hour
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern:
- 2 days: 7:00am – 7:00pm
- 2 nights: 7:00pm – 7:00am
