Are you a driven, creative, and tech-savvy professional with a passion for sales and digital marketing? Staff Selection UK are looking for a Digital Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and boost our brand visibility from our office hq just off the m606 on the Euroway trading estate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sales & Lead Generation – Develop digital strategies to attract and convert new clients
Marketing Automation – Create and manage automated campaigns and CRM workflows
Content & Social Media – Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various platforms
SEO & Analytics – Monitor website traffic, optimize content, and track campaign performance
Brand Growth – Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Digital Marketing & Sales Expertise – Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and online sales funnels
Creative Thinker – Someone who can bring fresh ideas and execute them effectively in line with what SSUK stand for.
Tech-Savvy – Experience with CRM systems, automation tools etc
Proactive & Results-Driven – Ability to work independently and drive measurable results
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or a related role (agency or in-house)
