AleadingequipmentrentalproviderwithnationalcoverageandovertwodecadesofexperienceisseekingaskilledandmotivatedDepot-BasedEngineertojointheteaminReading.Thisisanexcellentopportunitytobepartofagrowinganddynamicorganisationthatsupportsawiderangeofindustries,includinghealthcare,construction,events,utilities,andmore.

Theroleinvolvesamixofdepot-basedtasksandtravelasrequiredbybusinessneeds.

Duties&Responsibilities:

• Carryoutplannedserviceandmaintenanceonbothhirefleetandcustomerequipment.
• Diagnoseandresolvefaultsonarangeofequipment.
• Prepareequipmenttoensureit\’sreadyforhire.
• Loadandunloadvehiclessafelyandefficiently.
• Maintainaclean,safe,andorganisedworkarea.
• Completeallrequiredpaperworkaccuratelyandontime.
• Ensureallassetsareaccountedfor;noitemsleavethedepotwithoutappropriatedocumentation.
• Contributepositivelytoteamcollaborationacrossallsitesanddepartments.

ExperienceRequired:

• Previoushands-onexperienceworkingwithplantequipment,heavyengineering,orasimilartechnicalfield.

Qualifications&Education:

• GCSEsorequivalent(required)
• ApprenticeshiporNVQinEngineering
• City&Guildsqualifications
• ForkliftLicence(desirable;trainingcanbeprovided)
