Cnc Machinist

Our client, a leading manufacturer within their sector, is seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Machinist to join their skilled team. Key Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, or sliding head machines depending on site) * Read and interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances * Inspect components to ensure accuracy and quality using measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges) * Make program adjustments as needed to improve quality or efficiency * Perform routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept in good working order * Work collaboratively with engineers, team leaders, and quality control to meet production targets * Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times Requirements: * Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment * Ability to read and understand technical drawings * Confident using measuring and inspection equipment * Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or similar controls (site dependent) * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Relevant engineering qualification is desirable but not essential What’s on Offer: * Competitive hourly rate…
