We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Leeds, a well-established manufacturing company seeking Workshop Labourers / Assemblers to join their growing team.
The Role:
- Working within a busy workshop environment
- Using a range of hand and power tools to assemble structures and components
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials according to specifications
- Ensuring a high standard of quality and accuracy in all work
- General workshop and production duties as required
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts: 6am–2pm and 10am–6pm (weekly rotation)
Pay Rate:
- £12.50 – £13.40 per hour
- Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or assembly environment
- Confident using hand tools and following technical instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Location: Leeds
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
