We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in BD4. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous B2B phone based experience who wants to build a long term career in recruitment.
The Role
- Making outbound B2B calls to clients and candidates.
- Building relationships over the phone and in person.
- Gathering information and understanding client hiring needs.
- Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates.
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process.
- Using email professionally to communicate with clients and candidates.
- Keeping systems updated and organised.
The Ideal Candidate
You don’t need recruitment experience, but you must be confident on the phone. You’ll ideally have:
- Previous cold calling or outbound calling experience in a B2B environment
- Experience speaking to clients/customers over the phone
- Exposure to using professional email formats
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence gathering information and asking the right questions
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
- A genuine interest in moving into recruitment
