We’re looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in BD4. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous B2B phone based experience who wants to build a long term career in recruitment.

The Role

  • Making outbound B2B calls to clients and candidates.
  • Building relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Gathering information and understanding client hiring needs.
  • Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates.
  • Managing candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Using email professionally to communicate with clients and candidates.
  • Keeping systems updated and organised.

The Ideal Candidate

You don’t need recruitment experience, but you must be confident on the phone. You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous cold calling or outbound calling experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience speaking to clients/customers over the phone
  • Exposure to using professional email formats
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confidence gathering information and asking the right questions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
  • A genuine interest in moving into recruitment
