Role Overview

You will sit at the heart of our growth strategy, supporting both marketing and new business development. A large part of your role will involve researching and identifying prospective clients, generating high-quality leads, and running targeted email outreach campaigns to build relationships with hiring managers and decision makers.

You’ll also help develop SSUK\’s online presence through social media content, brand messaging, and marketing activities that highlight our recruitment expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage email outreach campaigns targeting potential clients and partners
• Identify and research prospective businesses, hiring managers, and decision-makers
• Build lead lists and maintain structured outreach pipelines
• Support consultants with bespoke outreach and marketing assets
• Create social media content showcasing SSUK’s values, expertise, and success stories
• Plan and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Support marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients and candidates
• Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics
• Assist with general marketing, branding, and business development activities

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong written communication and professional tone
• Experience in email outreach, lead generation, or online prospecting
• Confident using LinkedIn (especially for business and recruitment)
• Understanding of social media content creation
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
• Comfortable working within a target-driven environment

Desirable (not required)

• Experience in recruitment marketing or sales outreach
• Familiarity with CRMs and automation tools
• Ability to create graphics or short videos
• Interest in branding and digital content strategy
