Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Hours: 00:00am – 09:00am
Salary: Competitive
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and improving the day-to-day warehouse operation to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Driving operational performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and monitor KPIs
- Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure parcels are sorted, processed, and dispatched accurately and on time
- Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse teams to achieve operational targets
- Collaborating with internal departments to maintain smooth workflows and communication
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are consistently followed
- Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture across the site
- Taking full ownership of shift performance and operational delivery
- Conducting organised and effective driver briefings before and after shifts
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Ensuring company policies and operational standards are adhered to at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous leadership or management experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and process improvement
- Experience working with parcel sortation or mechanical sorting systems is desirable
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse systems and operational technology
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
