Staff Resources Ltd is a specialist provider of health and social care services across Greater Manchester, supporting children, young people, and families with complex health needs, disabilities, behavioural challenges, and palliative care requirements.

Working in partnership with local authorities, NHS teams, commissioners, and multidisciplinary professionals, we deliver tailored, person-centred care packages that achieve meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families we support.

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead and support the development of both our CQC-regulated complex care services and Ofsted-regulated children's services. The Role

The Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in the leadership, compliance, operational management, and strategic growth of Staff Resources Ltd. You will oversee service delivery across regulated services, ensuring compliance with both CQC and Ofsted frameworks while maintaining exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the safe and effective delivery of care services across CQC and Ofsted provisions
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, safeguarding requirements, and quality frameworks
  • Supporting the growth and development of new services and packages of care
  • Managing recruitment, staffing, supervision, and workforce development
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS professionals, commissioners, and families
  • Overseeing care planning, risk management, audits, and service improvement initiatives
  • Driving positive outcomes for children, young people, and families
  • Promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence throughout the organisation

This is a full-time role based in Salford with operational responsibilities across Greater Manchester.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader with a strong understanding of regulated care services and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.

Essential:

  • Experience in a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior leadership role within health and social care
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, Ofsted standards, safeguarding procedures, and quality assurance processes
  • Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs, disabilities, behavioural challenges, or palliative care needs
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage operational performance effectively
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience registering or supporting services through CQC and/or Ofsted
  • Experience supporting organisational growth and service development
  • Understanding of commissioning processes and partnership working
  • Background in complex care, children's residential care, supported accommodation, or community care services
