This vibrant, forward thinking, and well established Law firm based in Eastbourne, are looking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to expand their busy team. The department provides advice across a range of contentious issues including commercial, civil and property litigation. Clients include local businesses and HNW individuals with claims ranging from small County Court claims to High Court matters.
Skills required:
- A qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 year or more experience in a range of disputes.
- You should be commercial and demonstrate an ability to advise a range of clients and deal with delicate and emotional matters.
- Personal Injury and Employment experience useful but not essential.
- Strong business development and networking skills.
