This top 500 Law firm with offices in Sussex and Kent are looking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Fee Earner to be based in their Brighton & Hove office, hybrid working available. The role requires highest quality legal advice on Dispute Resolutions services, core areas: 1) Commercial contracts disputes 2) Director disputes. 3) Property litigation. 4) Contested probate. 5) Insolvency Litigation- corporate and personal. With the help of their Business Development and Marketing team and the Head of the Department you will be encouraged to develop and carry out a range of business development and marketing activity to continually raise the firm’s profile and general new business opportunities for the team and the firm.
