Warehouse Team Leader

Staffpower Group are currently hiring on behalf of our client in Kirkbymoorside for a Warehouse Team Leader. Youll be leading all activities of the Warehouse and Distribution department and its team members, ensuring that inventory is received, stored, and distributed efficiently. Key responsibilities Direct the activities of the personnel assigned to the department, working in line with production, Procurement, Sales and other needs of the business. Create and implement continuous improvements within the department. Carry out all tasks in line with Health & Safety regulations. Ensure the proper, safe and controlled storage/handling of materials. Answer enquiries regarding stock and kitting from all areas of the business. Control of stock adjustments within authorised value limits, elevating in a timely manner. Control and organisation of company transport relating to warehousing, goods receiving & despatch. Other duties as assigned.
