We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a restoration project in Twickenham.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing restoration projects
- Familiar with documenting works and completing Member Record Sheets
- SMSTS certification essential
- ICATS/TTP qualification preferred
- Computer literate with good administration skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate site documentation and records
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
