Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer calls and taking orders
  • Accurately entering orders into the Purgo system
  • Assisting the Accounts team in resolving invoice queries
  • Coordinating with customers for skip collections or exchanges
  • Referring new account enquiries to the Sales team
  • Managing skip permit applications and renewals with local authorities
  • Monitoring and resolving issues on the Purgo issue board
  • General administrative duties including filing and record keeping

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, email systems, and databases
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • A team player with a proactive and professional approach
