Full training will be provided, and we are looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to speak with customers over the telephone.
The position will initially run until the end of March 2027, but strong performers will have a genuine opportunity to be considered for permanent employment.
The role: As a Trainee Financial Services Executive, you will contact existing clients to discuss important matters relating to their accounts and ensure they receive the appropriate support. Approximately 80% of the role will involve outbound calls, with the remaining 20% covering inbound enquiries and associated administration.
