Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Executives to join their growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in a business to business setting to pitch their products and services whilst providing excellent customer support.
Main Duties:
- Pitching and Sales Generation: Engage confidently with potential customers with compelling pitches about their products and services. Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Generate qualified bookings for field-based account managers.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Establish and nurture rapport with prospects to provide exceptional sales service. Provide tailored quotations to meet the unique needs of each customer. Offer effective solutions to address customer pain points.
